¼cupBarley 4cupsWater 1 Bay leaf 15ouncesCan Pinto Beans

15ouncesCan Black Beans Can Kidney Beans Can Navy Beans Can Aduki Beans 1cupCorn, fresh or frozen
2cupsSpaghetti Sauce ¼cupShoyu (or more, to taste) 1teaspoonDried oregano 1teaspoonDried basil
Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until onion is translucent. Add celery, carrots, potato, barley and water. Simmer 30 minutes. Add beans, corn, spaghetti sauce, shoyu, and herbs. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve. Great the next day!
