Set up in 2006 by two languages specialists, and listed as a Top 20 European Language Service Provider, according to the 2011 review published by Common Sense Advisory Inc. HL TRAD is fast becoming the translation company of choice for Legal and Financial professionals. With over 700 translators specialising exclusively in law and finance and covering over 100 languages, we have the talent pool and the ability to handle very complex and urgent assignments. Our USP is quality and speed. We have acquired a reputation for undertaking and delivering qualitative translation projects within tight deadlines. Our clients have tried us and have stayed with us. We offer Certified, Notarised and Sworn translations in either Standard [Non-Urgent] or Rush [Urgent] mode. Up to date technology enables us to adopt a customised approach to translations. Software based tools allow us to build and store bespoke memories for each individual client. The specific wordings, terminologies, definitions and phraseology most favoured by each client are memorised them and suggested for future translations, if approved by the translator. This method ensures harmonisation of phrases and consistency of terminology to reflect clients’ preferences. Our software facilitates the scanning for repetitions in the source document enabling us to achieve considerable cost and turnaround efficiencies. All translations are performed manually from start to finish by our expert translators, all of whom are professional linguists qualified in finance and / or law. Our translators are fully certified and as members of the International Federation of Translators, they are required by the Federation’s Charter to abide by its code of conduct. HL TRAD has in place a strict confidentiality policy at every level: all our translators or staff involved in the handling of translations projects have signed Non Disclosure Agreements. Our specialists translate into their mother tongue only and within their own fields of expertise: Litigation, Arbitration, Competition Law, Corporate and M&A Law, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Tax and Social Law to name a few, are areas that we are well versed in.
