Roke Manor Research Ltd (Roke), a Chemring Group company, today announced a new version of its SmartSw itch subscriber engagement and connection management app.

The iOS version supports Apple's mobile operating system, providing the capability to extend policy rules from the core mobile network to iPhone and iPad devices. The SmartSwitch 'Policy on the Device' client provides a flexible framework for mobile operators to deliver an enhanced subscriber mobile data experience. By integrating awareness of real-time device conditions into network decisions, operators can deliver new models of personalization and monetization.
