H 1‐No, M.G and H.F do not share the same opinion about the city. M.G is fascinated about all the different aspects that the city has to offer whereas H.F feels overwhelmed and threatened by the abundance of the city.

2‐Yes, they do share the same opinion about people's advice as they end up only listening to themselves. M.G refused to listen to people's opinion about what to see and where to go during his trip. As for H.F, in spite of the time and efforts of the Australian salesman, H.F only listened to himself and understood that he did not need that extra equipment.

3‐Yes, they do. Both M.G and H.F want to live a simple life. H.F finds nature fascinating as we can see at the beginning of doc 2, and at the end, we read that he does not need any extra item to be happy « carry... in his pocket... ». As far as M.G is concerned, he did not pack anything to travel 14,000 kms and is content with what adventure has to offer.

II Expression Ecrite Il fallait ici choisir un des deux sujets et écrire un minimum de 150 mots.

a‐Bien faire attention à la mise en page d'un email : destinataire, objet... Faire également attention au niveau de langue : c'est ici un email à un ami : on ne s'attend donc pas à ce que le niveau de langue soit soutenu. Temps : vous deviez utiliser les temps du passé pour raconter votre aventure. Il fallait vous inspirer des descriptions que l'on vous donnait pour raconter votre aventure, quant à votre problème, vous pouviez vous inspirer des descriptions déjà données ou imaginer un problème (par exemple, si vous avez pris 2 → « I tried delicious..... but in one of the hostels, I think that the food was bad because I got sick and I had to go to the hospital. » ...

b‐Il s'agissait ici de rédiger une conversation sur le sport dans le cadre d'un voyage à The Blue Mountains National Park en Australie. Bien faire attention à la mise en page d'un dialogue en anglais et à la ponctuation. Il fallait choisir les deux meilleurs moyens de transport dans la liste de ceux proposés et parler de ces activités.
