Summary trading report for the week ending Friday, 6 May 2011

Eastern Caribbean Securities Market

This week on the Eastern Caribbean Securities Market, the following securities traded:

•

500 Bank of Nevis shares traded at $5.75

•

20 East Caribbean Financial Holding Co. Ltd shares traded odd lot at a price of

$13.00

Also,

the Government of Grenada’s $20 million 91-day Treasury bill issue auctioned on the primary

platform of the Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange was over-subscribed by $5.5 million.

A

competitive uniform price auction methodology was used and the resulting discount rate was 5.5%.

Regional Government Securities Market

The next auction on the RGSM will be that of the Government of St Vincent & the Grenadines 91-

day Treasury bill, which will take place on 25 May 2011, using the primary market platform of the

Eastern Caribbean Securities Exchange.

Bidding for this auction commences at 9:00 am and ends at

12:00.
