bootcamp classes can change your  Bootcamp classes can provide an ideal balance between getting an intense workout that will drastically improve your fitness whilst not needing you to spend hours in the gym. High intensity interval training is proven to be a great fat burner and bootcamp classes incorporate this style of training with traditional strength training to create a potent workout that will deliver gains in strength whilst also torching fat. What is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)? HIIT is a form of exercise that aims to push you to your limits for a time period and then slow you down to recover and then goes back into strenuous activity for a time period. Typically, a HIIT session would involve cardiovascular training whereby you sprint for 30 seconds then slow right down to a jog for 30 seconds and this process is repeated for a number of sets or a specific time. The difference between HIIT in a cardiovascular context and a bootcamp context is that, in a bootcamp, you will be doing a form of strength exercise for a time period and then completely resting before moving on to another exercise. This means that your body will become stronger but you will also get the effects of HIIT training simultaneously. So, how will bootcamp classes change my life? Well, currently I imagine that you are seeking an athletic, lean body? You probably want some tone to your muscles but you also want to lose any fat that you may have? Traditionally this would be a lengthy process, you would need to carry out some cardio training at the start of your session and then go and lift some weights. As a conservative estimate, you would spend 30 minutes cardiovascular training and then around 45 minutes weight training; this adds up to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bootcamp classes combine the two elements of training and are very fast paced, this means that a typical bootcamp class would last for around 45 minutes. What this means is that by simply making the change to a boocamp class to replace your normal workouts, you are saving 30 minutes of your time in every session. This means that you get more time to relax after work because, let's face it, nobody wants to spend all of their evening sweating in the gym! Bootcamp classes really can be a new way for you to lose body fat and gain muscle definition and you can ease yourself into them. What's more, bootcamp classesare usually held in groups, this can really motivate you as you are encouraged by other group members and the personal trainer if you are starting to struggle.  To find out more about fitness bootcamp workouts in Wilmington why not visito2fitnessclubs  Written bySuzie Wallis
