Ce chantier comporte 3 niveaux de parkings construits dans une enceinte constituée d'une paroi moulée et un bâtiment de bureau en R+3 construit sur la moitié de la surface des niveaux de parking (11000m? de superstructure environ). Les principales caractéristiques du chantier sont : - la construction d'un amphithéâtre de 170 places ; - des façades extérieures habillées d'éléments préfabriqués en béton blanc poli ; - des rampes d'accès au parking qui sont courbes et à pentes variables ; - le niveau en grande hauteur du rez-de-chaussée. L'objet de ce PFE a été la détermination des modes opératoires et des plans méthodes destinés à la réalisation des travaux. L'étude des méthodes s'est faite en collaboration avec le service méthode présent sur site quelques jours par semaine. Abstract: The building site of the Echangeur Est in Nancy has begun in October 2007 and will last sixteen months. Echangeur Est will be the new head office of Colas and Screg Est in the North East of France. The new building will be composed of three levels of parking constructed in a wall made in the ground. The parking will be recovered by a four level building which will contain the workspace of the employers. The four levels building will only be constructed on the half surface of the parking. The main characteristics of the building are: -the construction of an amphitheatre which will contain 170 seats; -the outside facade which will be recovered by white polished concrete and aluminium frames with window; -the access ramp of the parking level which are curve and slope; -the first level which is high (4.90 meters under the slab of the second floor). The objective of this project was to determine the construction methods and plans to erect the building. The method work was made in collaboration with the method service of the firm which was in the place few days in a week. 1
