SecurEntry™ Tutorial

This tutorial will help you set up and use SecurEntry, our new security feature for

Internet Banking. The tutorial consists of the following two parts:

Part I: Setting Up SecurEntry

o

Part II: Using SecurEntry

Part I: Setting Up SecurEntry

SecurEntry setup takes about five minutes and contains the following five steps:

1. Begin setup.

2. Select an image.

3. Select a security phrase.

4. Select challenge questions.

5. Confirm your preferences.

Step 1: Begin Setup

Follow these steps to begin your SecurEntry setup process.

1. Log in to Internet Banking.

The SecurEntry Setup screen will display

button.

The Select an Image and Phrase screen will display

Step 2: Select an Image

Follow these steps to choose a SecurEntry™ image. The next time you log in to

Internet Banking you will see this image, which helps confirm you are at our valid

web site.

1. Click the

Change Image

link (below the default picture) to view other

images.

2. Click the

Next Page

or

Prev. Page

buttons to view your choice of images.

3. Click on an image to select it.

You will return to the Select an Image and Phrase screen.

Step 3: Select a Security Phrase

Follow these steps to select a security phrase. The next time you log in, this

phrase will display with the SecurEntry™ picture you just selected.

1. Enter a security phrase that is

different from your Internet Banking

password

.

NOTE:

You do not need to memorize this phrase, but you should be

able to recognize it.

o

The phrase should be a minimum of six and maximum of 30

characters, including spaces.

2. Click

Continue

.

The Select Challenge Question and Enter Responses screen will display.

Step 4: Select Challenge Questions

SecurEntry uses challenge questions to further identify users.

1. Select your first challenge question from the dropdown list.

NOTE

: You can access the dropdown list by clicking the

arrow.

2. Enter the answer.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for Challenge Questions 2 and 3.

4. Click the

Continue

button.

The Confirmation screen will display.

Step 5: Confirm Your Preferences

As the last step, verify your choices.

1. Review your SecurEntry™ preferences.

2. To change information, click the

Edit

button.

3. To save your preferences, click the

Submit

button

.

You will then be

redirected back to the login screen so that you can login into Online

Banking and register you computer.

Part II: Using SecurEntry

After you have gone through the SecurEntry™ setup process, your Internet

Banking login experience will change slightly. You will perform these steps the

first time you login from any computer:

1. Log in to Internet Banking.

2. Answer a challenge question.

3. Register your computer.

4. Verify your SecurEntry image and phrase and enter current password.

Step 1: Log In to Internet Banking

Complete these steps after accessing our web site.

1. Enter your Login ID/User Name in the Internet Banking Login section.

2. Click the

Go

button.

You will enter your password later in the login process.

o

Initially, the password field may still display. If it does, enter your

password as normal.

Step 2: Answer a Challenge Question

The first time you log in using SecurEntry™ from any computer, you will need to

answer one of the challenge questions that you selected when you set up

SecurEntry.

NOTE

: The challenge question is picked randomly from the three questions you

selected during setup.

Step 3: Register Your Computer

Registering a computer eliminates the need to answer a challenge question in

the future when using that computer to access Internet Banking.

IMPORTANT!

The first time you log in with any computer, it will not be

recognized. We strongly recommend that you only register your personal

computers.

1. Click the button to select

2. Click the

Continue

button.

Step 4: Verify Your SecurEntry™ Image and Phrase and Enter Current

Internet Banking Password

Every time you log in, you will need to validate the site and enter your password.

1. Verify the image and phrase matches what you selected when you set up

SecurEntry™.

2. Type your Internet Banking password.

3. Click

Log In.

You are now logged in to Internet Banking.

Note:

If your image and or phrase is not what you selected, DO NOT PUT

IN YOUR PASSWORD, call Online Banking Support at 1-888-500-2960

immediately.
