WRITE: This is the heart of the CubeWriter program - created to help people write, with minimal effort. It was designed with the most frequently used WORDS in theupper left quadrantof the keyboard for quick scanning (visually and with switch). Word lists can easily be personalized by editing from the administrator screen. (See “Using Other Features” atwww.cubewriter.com) CUBES: Write and Teach Modes use up to 4 “Cubes” to write words that are displayed on keys. Cubes are linked in a progressive, word building manner beginning with single letters and ending with the word/information entering into documents. The program is formatted to automaticallyenter a space after each word, with a few exceptions (numbers, parenthesis, quotation marks, etc.). It also has an auto format when using punctuations (automatically removes the space after a word before entering the punctuation mark).  Cube 1 = Main Keyboard (letters and keys)  Cube 2 = Two-letter combinations, Numbers, Punctuations, More function  keys  Cube 3 = Words  Cube 4 = Word extensions/related information  Cancel and Back Keys –options on Cubes 2, 3 and 4  Cancel – returns to Cube 1 (main keyboard)  Back – returns to the previous cube  Writing with Write Mode:  Choose Write(profile screen)  Click Run Keyboard(profile screen) Using themouse, write: I see how this will work! Click Qu(function key)  Click Edit(profile screen)  To use the regular keyboard for writing:  Click Use keyboard(Options in Administrator screen)  Click Auto-fill words(Administrator screen) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > *Note: Auto-fill automatically sends a word to the document IF it is the ONLY one  matching the last letter typed into the text box above the keyboard. If a word that  is not in the word list is typed into the text box, CubeWriter will say “OOPS” to  bring your attention to the spelling. It enters the word into the document when the  keyboard spacebar is pressed. Also use the spacebar to enter words having more  than one match (i.e. “on” and “one” both match the two-letter combination “on”).  In this case, to type the word “on”, type “o” type “n” then press the spacebar. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >Close –Administrator screen(X in top window)  6
