RAPID REPORTS Energy and industry ISSN 1016-0191 ELECTRICITY PRICES Council Directive No 90/377/EEC of 29 June 1990 lays down a Community procedure to improve the transparency of gas and electricity prices charged to industrial end-users. In accordance with Article 1.1, this note sets out the prices for standard consumers and the "marker prices" in force as at 1 July 1991. Only those replies received before 22 November 1991 have been taken into consideration. The price systems (Article 1, point 2) will be covered in a separate publication.
