The meaning ofTrame
Trame is a French word that translates as framework, network, screen or grid. It also translates as weft, a term used in weaving. The threads on a loom that go over and under the other threads (the warp) in weaving to make cloth.
The primary meaning of the French word trame is the weaving of the framework that makes up the material substance.
Where capitalized, “Trame” refers to the therapeutic system set out in these pages. Where it occurs without capitalization, “trame” refers to a set of information, a plan that governs how the cells of our body are organized. Further explanations can be found in the text.
Personal pronouns
To lighten the text, masculine personal pronouns are used throughout this book. These pronouns should, of course, be taken as gender-neutral.

The Theory of Trame
Thebody is a temporary aggregate of the animal, vegetable and mineral kingdoms. It is a colony, and, just like an anthill, is built using all three types of elements.
One of the characteristics of minerals is to give rigidity, to provide a foundation for any structure. They also have the capacity to store information.
This is why minerals are used in our body as the framework (the calcium in our bones), as memory or transmitter of information (neurotransmitters are all metals or metalloids), and also to fix gases, just as the iron in our blood fixes oxygen.
Of the three kingdoms, only the vegetable is able to transmute itself. It is, in fact, the only type of matter that can transform energy into matter, which it does by photosynthesis. To understand this almost magical property, try the following experiment.
Take a seed and weigh it. Then take some cotton batting and soak it in a small amount of water that you have weighed beforehand. Place the cotton batting in a plastic bottle and put the seed on top. Seal the bottle and place it in the sun. After some time, the plant will begin to grow. When the food contained in the seed is fully consumed, the plant will wither.
At this point, take the plant and weigh it. Miraculously, its weight will be greater than the weight of the initial seed plus the weight of the water.
Where does the difference in mass come from ? The plant has transformed light into matter.
Our body naturally places vegetable matter where we transform matter into energy: in our gut, it is the intestinal flora that enables us to digest food.
The cells that provide transportation and allow the colony to move so that it can assume the most favourable position represent the animal kingdom.
Organized life, and by the same token the human body, might have begun like this:
Two cells meet and, just as when boy meets girl, their talk soon turns to future plans.It’s hard being such a small animal. Why don’t we form a society – a kind of co-ownership system, where everyone would find their place according to their abilities?
No sooner said than done. The first cells get together, followed by others and still others.
Once their numbers reach a certain point, however, problems of supervision start to arise. The cells in the middle are no longer able to feed themselves, since food lies outside the heap. Nor can they breathe, for the same reason.
So they threaten to leave the colony.
Some of the cells reply:You can’t do that! We’ll find a way. Some of us will feed you, others will bring you air, and others will bring whatever else you lack.
So some cells begin to specialize.
There are the “red” cells that are charged with carrying oxygen.
