Medallia Opens UK Office to Support Rapid Growth in Europe

LONDON,Nov. 28, 2012/PRNewswire/ -- Medallia, the global leader in SaaSCustomer Experience Management (CEM), today announced its expansion into Europe with the opening of its London office. The move comes in response to strong demand for Medallia's software platform among customer experience leaders in European markets. Top brands using Medallia to collect and act on customer feedback include Kempinski, O2, Rezidor, and Sony UK.

More than 80,000 businesses and business units use Medallia to track every facet of the customer experience in real time. Interest in Medallia's solution is soaring, and the new office will meet demand in European markets, where the company already maintains a strong presence.

Leading the effort is industry veteran Martin Green, who joins Medallia as VP EMEA, running all sales and service for the region. With more than a decade of experience in customer experience management, Green is a recognized thought leader in the market.
