Corporate Banking Global Ports & Logistics Group is in charge of all relationships with the sector of ports
and logistics on a worldwide scale. Portfolio RWC around €1.5 bio.
On top, the Global Ports & Logistics Group is specialized in the tailor made financing of sea ports
infrastructure (container terminals, dry and liquid bulk terminals) and related super structure and equipment.
The Centre of Competence is located in Brussels (staff of 7) but the Group serves its international clients all
over the world and employs dedicated staff in Europe (Netherlands, France, UK, Germany, Spain and
Turkey), Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai), Australia and the Americas (San Francisco).
Global coverage in corporate lending and in structured finance.
Structured finance projects in emerging markets are managed in strong collaboration with Global Export and
Project Finance.
In Europe strong collaboration with the network of Fortis Commercial Banking, thus providing geographical
cover in all European ports.
Global Ports & Logistics Group provides full range of product offer for corporate customers, including
leasing.
Borrowers are private terminal operators and port authorities.
