Apologies: Mrs S Rooney, Non-Executive Member, STPCT 2. Note from Pre-meeting Training - it was suggested that a training day would be appropriate and beneficial for Non-Executive members. Mr Macklin to facilitate a half day session for Audit Committee and any other interested parties, in conjunction with Internal and External audit. 3. Minutes of Previous Meeting (Enclosure 1) Were agreed as a true and accurate record. 4. Matters Arising - Page 2 Mr Connolly and Mrs Harris to meet with regard to the “Legality Protocol” and review what information may be available to be presented to a future Audit Committee.
