THE HAGUE, The Netherlands,July 26, 2012/PRNewswire/ -- Moody's has affirmed the AAA rating on BNG. The outlook on BNG is changed to negative from stable. The outlook change follows a similar action of Moody's on theState of the NetherlandsonJuly 23, 2012. BNG'srating cannot be higher than the sovereign rating of theState of the Netherlands. Fitch and Standard & Poor's (S&P) did affirm their AAA-ratings on BNG already, inoctober 2011andjanuary 2012respectively. The rating of Fitch has a stable outlook and that of S&P a negative outlook.
