List of Schools in the Application Process

In accordance with Sections 10.0 and 10.1 of NACCAS’ Rules of Practice and Procedure and 34
CFR 602.17(e), the NACCAS Board of Commissioners seeks comments on institutions that have
applied for accreditation, renewal of accreditation, approval of changes of ownership, name, or
locations, and institutions that have applied for addition or change of a program, or undergo
other changes set out in Part 4 of NACCAS’ Rules of Practice and Procedure. If you have
information that would contribute to the Commission’s review, please complete the attached
form. Institutions are listed by state, and within each state in alphabetical order. Under each
institution are the application processes that are open.

Instructions: If you have information that would contribute to the Commission’s review of
any of the institutions listed below, please complete the attached comment form and mail or fax
