Preamble
Horchata is a vegetable milk coming chufa tuber grown in the
region of Valencia (Spain). This refreshing drink is ideal for celiac
people allergic to animal milk and soy milk.
According to the Regulatory Council of Valencia Tiger Nut is a
nutritious energy drink, all vegetable origin and cardiovascular properties similar to olive oil, helping to lower cholesterol and triglycerides, for its high oleic acid. It's an energy drink, rich in antioxidants, vitamins E and C.
Ingredients
The ingredients are as follows to 5 servings :
• 5 eggs
• ½ cup of horchata condensed mix
with 50 cl of cold water (equivalent to 2 cups 25cl)
• 100 g. sugar
• Liquid Caramel to put in the baking pan

Meanwhile, in a saucepan heat a little water with sugar to turn into caramel. And pour the caramel brown in pan (preferably pan for cakes). Put water in 1 deep tray to put it in the oven at 180 degrees in a water bath and put custard preparation in baking pan for 30 min.  With the tip of a knife prick the flan. If the knife is dry means that the flan is cooked.  Remove the pudding from the oven and allow to cool. Put in the refrigerator. This pudding is better the next day.  wansp.Ewwma.caosnCaE
