The purpose oof f tthehe program is toto help low--
income, uninsured, and underinsured women
gain access ttoo bbreastreast andand cervical cancer
screening and diagnostic services.
Special emphasis is placed on older women of
low-income who are never or rarely screened
for breast and cervical cancer.About tthehe Program (continued)
The pprogramrogram is administered by the CentersCenters for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) within
the National Breasteast and Cervical Cancer
Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP).
The NBCCEDP funds all 50 states, the District
of Columbia,,, 5 U.S. territories, and 12
American Indian/Alaska Native tribes to

Proof of income is not required
Uninsured or Underinsured*
Not a participant in a program that provides
