Die vorliegende Arbeit wurde in der Zeit vom 01. September 2006 bis 30. Dezember 2009 im
institut für Angewandte Biowissenschaften, Abteilung Mikrobiologie des Instituts für
Technologie Karlsruhe (KIT) unter der Betreuung von Herrn Prof. Dr. Reinhard Fischer
durchgeführt.

Ich versichere, dass ich meine Dissertation mit dem Titel "On the role of the kinesin-3 motor
protein UncA and the role of different microtubule populations in the filamentous fungus
Aspergillus nidulans" selbständig, ohne unerlaubte Hilfe angefertigt und mich dabei keiner
anderen als der von mir ausdrücklich bezeichneten Quellen und Hilfen bedient habe.
Die Dissertation wurde in der jetzigen oder einer ähnlichen Form noch bei keiner anderen
