Introduction
Pittsburgh Public Schools is interested in conducting a Dependent Eligibility Audit.
Therefore, we
are looking for a quality, cost effective solution to conduct this audit for the Pittsburgh Public
Schools
It should also be stressed that solutions and service will be a key consideration in the selection
process.
As such, your proposal should place emphasis on your scope of services and ability to
deliver in the following areas:
Program Administration
Personnel
Timeline and Delivery
Audit Program and Technical Capabilities
Reporting Capabilities
Please note that the low cost bidder may not be awarded this business if they do not predict

Award or Rejection
All qualified proposals will be evaluated and the award will be made to the organization whose combination of cost and
services are deemed to best satisfy the objectives of Pittsburgh Public Schools.
Pittsburgh Public Schools reserves the
right to accept or reject any proposal submitted.
This document is in no way to be misconstrued as a commitment to
purchase on the part of Pittsburgh Public Schools.
Binding Proposal Acknowledgment
It will be assumed that all representations made in your proposal will be binding until September 1, 2010 and that your
organization has agreed to all requirements of the RFP unless specifically stated otherwise in the format of your
proposal.
Pittsburgh Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any response to the RFP without explanation.
The
bidder will absorb all costs of the response and Pittsburgh Public Schools cannot be held accountable for any costs
incurred for the bidding process.
Confidentiality Statement
The information provided in this proposal is confidential and proprietary to Pittsburgh Public Schools and has been
furnished on a confidential and restricted basis, and is submitted only for your internal use to evaluate the proposal.
In
consideration of the receipt of this document, you agree not to use this information except in the evaluation of this
proposal or reproduce or make this information available to any party in any manner except to your organization’s
employees who are directly responsible for the evaluation of its contents.
Your organization is given a non-transferable
right to reproduce this work only for its own internal purposes described above and to prepare derivative works for such
purposes.
Any other reproduction or use, and any display or other disclosure or dissemination to other parties, by any
method now known or later developed, of this material or the information contained herein, in whole or in part, without
the prior written consent of Pittsburgh Public Schools is strictly prohibited.
