Sozialer Raum und «Koordinationen». Die «Koordinationen» der Grundschullehrer, die sich Anfang 1987 bildeten, haben die traditionellen Formen gewerkschaftlicher Vertretung dieser Berufsgruppe sichtbar gemacht und zugleich in Frage gestellt. Hier wird versucht, die mannigfaltigen Beziehungen zwischen der Organisation der Primarschule und der Struktur des gewerkschaftlichen Feldes der Grundschullehrer nachzuzeichnen sowie die Diversifikation ihrer politischen Haltungen als Folge der veränderten Rekrutierung dieser Berufsgruppe. Die Entwicklung dieser durch die «Koordinationen» repräsentierten neuen Form sozialer Kämpfe erscheint als das Resultat einer Mobilisierungsarbeit, die aus den veränderten Logiken des Zugangs zum Lehrerberuf erwachsende kulturelle Gegensätze reaktiviert. Die Umgruppierungsmodalitäten und der Stil der «Koordinationen» verweist auf manchmal widersprüchliche Zwängesowohl des Gewerkschaftspiels,wie es der Berufsgruppe der Grundschullehrer eigen ist, als auch des politischen Spiels. Die vorliegende Arbeit, die statistische Analyse und ethnographische Beobachtung verknupft, ermöglicht es, ausgehend von einem signifikanten Einzelfall bestimmte Wandlungstendenzen in den Kämpfen um die Vertretung sozialer Gruppen sichtbar zu machen.
Espacio social y coordinaciones. Las coordinaciones de maestros de enseñanza primaria que se constituyeron en enero-febrero de 1987 fueron el revelador y el instrumento de un cuestionamento de las formas tradicionales de representación sindical de ese grupo profesional. Se trata de describir aqui los numerosos lazos existentes entre la organización de la Escuela primaria y la estructura del campo sindical de los maestros asi como la diversificación de las actitudes políticas que resulta de la transformación del reclutamiento social y escolar de esta profesión. El desarrollo de esta nueva forma de luchas sociales representada por la coordination aparece en efecto como el resultado de un trabajo de movilización que reactiva unas oposiciones culturales nacidas de la transformación de las lógicas de acceso al oficio de maestro. Las modalidades de reagrupamiento y el estilo de las coordinaciones reenvian a las coacciones, a veces contradictorias, del juego sindical propio del grupo profesional de los maestros y a aquellas del juego político. Este trabajo que asocia el análisis estadístico a numerosas observaciones etnográficas permite, a partir de un caso particular pero significativo, reparar algunas tendencias que operan en la transformación actual de las luchas por la representación de los grupos sociales.
The Social Space and Primary Teachers' Co-ordinations. The co-ordinations of primary school teachers that were set up in January-February 1987 were an indicator of and an instrument in the challenge to the traditional forms of trade-union representation of this occupational group. This article attempts to describe the many links between the organization of primary schools and the structure of the field of primary-teacher trade-unionism, as well as the diversification of political attitudes that results from the transformation of recruitment to this profession. The development of this new form of labour conflict represented by co-ordination can in fact be seen to result from an effort at mobilization which reactivates cultural oppositions arising from transformation of the logics governing access to the primary-teaching profession. The modalities of group formation and the style of the co-ordinations can be traced back to the sometimes contradictory constraints of the trade-union activity specific to this occupational group and those of the political System. Starting from a particular but significant case, this article combines statistical analysis with numerous ethnographic observations and brings to light certain tendencies at work in the current transformation of struggles over the representation of social groups.
