Workbook
And So, the Journey Begins!
What do you want for your life?
Imagine living your perfect life. What does it look like for you?
What does it feel like? These are the basic questions that you
need to explore to get to the real goal setting for making any
change in your life. Any and all changes we make occur first
within our own imagination. What if no one had ever imagined
what it would be life to fly? How different would our world look?
What do you think happened after Leonardo da Vinci imagined
flight? Did he sit back and wait for it to happen? Of course not,
first came the imagined goal and then the steps to
accomplishing that goal. He did not end up coming up with a
workable design, but his work led to others who did.

I invite you to dig deep and discover your own values,
potentials, and passions so that you can reimagine your life
when you are living in a way that is authentic to who you are.
I’m excited to have you take this journey and have no doubt
that you can achieve exactly what you want in life.

Let’s start by turning the page to develop a picture of your
perfect lif

1
A Note about how to use this planner
This workbook is meant to be started anytime you are ready to
begin to make a change in your life, whether big or small. To
start, you will be visualizing what life could look like if you were
living your best life, whatever that is for you. Through
exercises you will look at your specific values and tie them
together with your goals. Then, you will start to break down the
steps you need to achieve your goal, week by week and
month by month.

At the start of each month you will find a thought, a stone and
an essential oil. These are all meant to help you to focus your
thoughts, give thought to what might be standing in the way of
achieving what you want, and overcome obstacles. If these
are not something you choose to consider it’s ok. Take the
parts that feel right to you.

After each month you will look at what you have accomplished
over the month. It’s important to always look at the small but
consistent changes that you make to stay motivated and to
see your own improvement to prove to yourself that change is
indeed possible. You will also have the opportunity to tweak
your goals as you learn more about your true nature and what
it is that will lead you to fulfillment.

I hope that you enjoy this process and find value in it. Please

Yours,

Exercise 1:
What does your perfect life look like?
Close your eyes and take several deep breaths to help centre
your mind. When you feel any stress release, begin to bring
about a picture of your perfect life. Leave out any
preconceived notions of what you can and cannot do. Leave
out any doubts. Leave out the opinions of others. Just imagine
in this moment that you have everything you need and
visualize your perfect life.

❖ What does a day in this life look like?
❖ Where do you work?
❖ What do you do to earn money?
❖ How many hours a week do you work?
❖ Who do you work for?
❖ Who do you come home to? Or do you live alone?
❖ What makes you laugh?
❖ What kind of play do you have in your life?

3
❖ What important relationships do you have?
❖ What do they look like?
❖ Where do you live?
❖ What type of housing do you live in?
❖ What is your general attitude?
❖ How do you relax?
❖ What type of vehicle do you drive?
❖ What views do you have?
❖ Visualize any details you can and when you’ve finished,
write down everything you recall in the space below.
Include any sights, smells, what you heard, how it felt.

Exercise 2:
Write your epitaph

At the end of your life, what do you want to be remembered
for? This is aimed at getting to what you truly value in life.
Imagine you are at the end of your life and you need to write
your own epitaph or obituary. What does it say?

Exercise 3:
What do you value?
Look at the entire list of words below and beside each write a
0, 1, 2 or 3. A 0 will indicate you do not value it at all, a 3 will
be that which you value most.
Highlight those values that you marked a 3 in one colour,
those you ranked a 2 in another, and those you ranked 1 in
another. Leave blank any that you ranked a zero.

When you look over this list, do any themes emerge? On the
right side of the list, write any overarching themes that you can
take away from the words you ranked highest. Take your time
looking over the themes that have emerged. Maybe for you,
words like mastery and skillfulness came out on top, they can
be part of one theme.
