The Life Frame is a set of categories that tend to be important for continuous success. They are a portfolio of results: mind, body, emotions, career, financial, relationships, and fun.

Each Monday is a fresh start to a new week. It’s your chance to define what a good week will look like. You can then carve out the results that will help you get there.

The Rule of 3 is a technique that helps you prioritize your tasks. It involves listing your three most important outcomes for the day, and then using The Rule of 3 to bubble up what’s most important.

A good reflection system is not just listing three things that went well and three things that need improvement. It’s taking the time to use it as a true learning session.
