Writing for Wellness
This journal is a tool for engagement of imagination. The words that we place after "what if" can make or break our mood. We are used to 'what ifs' that keep us out of trouble, like “What if the sky falls?” While we worry about things that can and will fail in life, this journal asks us to also exercise our dream skills. Without our positive 'what ifs,' we only create in survival mode. With our positive 'what ifs' polished and practiced often, we keep up with our goals. When we hear the words what if, we will have a sparkle in our eye about what comes next. Having a sparkle instead of a clench for something yucky is not a small thing when added up in a lifetime.

AUTHOR’S NOTE
Hello and thank you for your intention to journal and do self care. What if everyone did? With this Journal, you have an optional complimentary coaching call. I recommend starting the journal first, get a feel for it, and then call full of questions. Every journal prompt is only meant to be a space for you to experience your self care. Use it however you want, rather than trying to do it “right.” Let yourself drift to any subject that comes for you.
Decorate the blank pages with dried flowers, leaves, little notes, stick figure drawings, words of affirmation, anything that will give a feeling of your life at this special time. Whether this time in your life feels special or not, you may be growing a sense that it just IS special. And that you want to do your part in your life by being yourself. This will take some unwinding.
That is what your journal can do for you!
Take your journal with you everywhere, and get it dirty; or, keep it in a secret and loving place for when you have time. Whichever sounds better to you.

Our brain is taught to be cautious for our survival. It is often not taught how to dream for the future.
