CROWD Dear investors, REPORT We are happy to say this new year has been full of good news. First, we entered Luxembourg market by implementing our breast cancer application with the Health Ministry itself. This first international step will surely be a good reference to enter other countries around us. Then we continued discussion with potential partners willing to integrate our technology. Finally, we are also improving our strategic plan working together with early adopters (hospitals) and financial partners interested to follow and back our project.Confident in our stakeholders and the return from the market we adapted our strategy to build on the expertise of our customers and ensure exact matching of our products and the best market attraction. o This is a smarter way to evolve because we will combine the intelligence of the crowd with the expertise of medical specialists o In the end, we will be able to act faster in our development o Furthermore, the money from early-adopters will complete our financial needs, this is the best « smart money » we can get. We already got a pre-agreement with one early-adopter which will take part into our project by invest human resources as well as financial (with a minimum of50.000€). As a result we would like to meet you to share soon by organizing a General Assembly to present you our progress as well as having your advise on the next steps of our evolving project.

With this lean approach it is preferable to adopt a smarter funding strategy that will emphasize on the participation of early adopters. Human Resources
As we did not complete our total funding round yet, we are still waiting before concluding new employee contracts. Nevertheless, we already identified interesting candidates we could hire when we will be ready. We also have 4 interns since January and will have 2 more during the summer.
