Greetings San Jose Members and Friends,

Please join us for our next monthly lunch meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2009. We will be hosting
a speaker’s panel exploring the impact of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) on Internal
Audit. While the FCPA has been around since the 1970’s, the recent emphasis on enforcement by the
U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and SEC highlights the need for companies to have robust anti-
corruption and anti-bribery programs.
