Description
Lysiane Cartelier Common market and European productive system : the basis for an industrial policy. It is a commonplace to say today that European firms suffer a double gap of size and competitiveness. They try to fill it by internationalisation specially with extra-CEE partners. The outcome is the development of external growth operations with triad partners which is not favourable to the formation of a truly integrated European productive system. According to the gains for CEE to first consolidate a European industrial basis, we examine below the foundations of a concerted policy in order to implement intra-CEE partnerships (cooperations and concentrations).
