Airnergy's Pioneering Therapy Wins Innovation of the Century Award 2012

Airnergy, a German medical device company has been awarded Fitness Tribune's Innovation of the Century Award for 2012. Fitness Tribune is a specialist fitness and wellness magazine for German-speaking countries. Airnergy is a home-use device that replicates the natural process of photosynthesis - the activation of atmospheric oxygen - into a form the body can absorb and utilise more effectively.

Airnergy is recognised and respected as a complementary therapy for conditions such as chronic fatigue syndrome and lung conditions e.g. asthma and COPD. It is popular amongst sportspeople, including Formula One World Champion Jenson Button. It helps maximise athletes' performance, improve Heart Rate Variability and quickens recovery following strenuous exercise.
Airnergy uses a process known as Spirovitalisation to help the body to draw more energy out of the respiratory air, promoting cellular renewal: A ground-breaking approach that follows in the footsteps of Professor von Ardenne, the originator of oxygen multistep therapy.
Professor Klaus Jung, former Head of the Department for Sports Medicine, Prevention and Rehabilitation at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz has spent 25 years researching ways to maximize and improve sporting performance. He says:
"rencinasisanim,s'llenehtgeceyactsoAirnergiterogrnhteneetahpsohata)ucrrgryAPTneycenos(adtripinecellular level. It follows on from the oxygen multistep therapy of Professor von Ardenne but doesn't increase the oxygen, or ionize it, nor does it add ozone."
Airnergy sets in train three mechanisms:
1.Increasing the release of oxygen from the carrier molecule haemoglobin from the red blood corpuscles
2. Improving utilisation of oxygen in the mitochondria of each individual body cell
3. Neutralising oxygen radicals (free radicals), where they occur in excess in the body.
Chris Wright, CEO of Biolife Solutions Ltd, exclusive distributor of Airnergy in the UK says:
"We breathe out approximately 75 % of the atmospheric oxygen that we take in. If a person is ill, or of an advanced age, the body loses its own ability to utilise atmospheric oxygen. The Airnergy deviceboosts this process. Itsused in the privacy of one's home and is easy to operate, quiet, and practically maintenance-free. Treatment time is short (21 minutes). It is a completely natural way to help the body metabolise more oxygen, feeding and nurturing every cell in the body."
Airnergy has been successfully used for 12 years in more than 70 countries. For more information please go to the Biolife Solutions website -http://www.airnergy-oxygen-therapy.com.
