- Yushan Ng to Join Partnership LONDON andNEW YORK,Sept. 11, 2012/PRNewswire/ -- Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP (Cadwalader), a leading counselor to global financial institutions and corporations, today announced that Yushan Ng, a veteran restructuring and insolvency attorney who has been recognized and honored as one of the leading practitioners in his field inEurope, has joined the firm's Financial Restructuring Department as partner. Ng will practice from Cadwalader's London office. "Yushan is one of the most talented restructuring lawyers inEuropetoday. In this role, he was responsible for leading a wide range of domestic and cross-border restructurings, insolvency proceedings and financings. In addition, Ng also served as the primary relationship partner for numerous private equity and hedge funds that invest in distressed and special situations. He has held central roles in a number of recent milestone European corporate restructurings including SEAT Pagine SpA, Fitness First, Klockner Pentaplast, Truvo and Regency Casinos.
