The awards also recognise excellence in the areas of gender, disability, sexual orientation, age, race, culture and religion acrossEurope. Farnell element14 was recognised for the outstanding contribution of team for delivering change in the field of equality, diversity and inclusion and was up against strong competition from the likes of the Metropolitan Police; Centro; Police Region Fryslan,Netherlands; Novartis; BNP Paribas; Linguistic and Cultural Mediator Team and the Weener Group. The company was also a finalist in the Company of the Year award.
