The office, opened in January, will be the first international, full-service office of its kind in Israel. Prominent cross-border M&A attorney David Gitlin joins the Philadelphia office in the Corporate & Securities Practice as a shareholder. He was previously a partner at Blank Rome, LLP. He headed the Israel Practice there as well as at his prior firm. Adam Snukal has joined the Tel Aviv office as an of counsel in the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice.
