The office, opened in January, will be the first international, full-service office of its kind in Israel. Prominent cross-border M&A attorney David Gitlin joins the Philadelphia office in the Corporate & Securities Practice as a shareholder. He was previously a partner at Blank Rome, LLP. He headed the Israel Practice there as well as at his prior firm. Adam Snukal has joined the Tel Aviv office as an of counsel in the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice. Prior to joining the firm, Snukal practiced at the New York office of Reed Smith LLP. Prior to moving to Blank Rome in 2009, Gitlin was a partner at WolfBlock LLP,
where he served as chair of the Corporate & Securities Group and as a
member of the firm's executive committee. For more than 30 years, Gitlin has

doing business abroad. He has structured more than 200 M&A deals, over half
of which have been cross-border transactions involving leading businesses in
