Under the Hubstart Paris brand, which promotes the Paris region's strengths, the Paris Charles de Gaulle international airport area signed a memorandum of understanding in November of 2012 with Pudong Shanghai in China that will accelerate the cross-promotion of international investment in the two airport areas and build a partnership between the two entities.
