CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand, Aug. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jade Software's port management software, Master Terminal, has made further inroads into theMiddle Eastfollowing its selection by Hutchinson Ajman Container Terminal to manage its operations at the Port ofAjmanin the United Arab Emirates. The port ofAjmanis located on the Gulf coast approximately 8 kilometres north east ofSharjah. It currently handles a variety of cargoes including containers, break bulk and vehicles. The win is Jade's fourth in the region, where Master Terminal is currently used at Ruwais inAbu Dhabi, Umm Qasr in Iraqand Port ofDohainQatar. David Lindsay, Chief Operating Officer of Jade, says the company is delighted to be selected by Hutchinson Ajman Container Terminal.
