My Yacht™Group, an international luxury events producer, will debut an upscale, European-style nightclub during the 2012 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix™ race w eekend,November 16-18, creating a glamorous nightlife experience at the Ballet Austin complex in the heart of downtown.

Headed by CEO, 3-time Olympian (Hungarian bobsled team driver in '94, '98, '02) and international entrepreneur, Nicholas Frankl, My Yacht Group has successfully hosted elite events inMonaco, Miami, Cannes, Abu Dhabi and London. "From working in and around F1 for 20-plus years, especially inMonaco, where we have hosted royalty, drivers, celebrities and more at our superyacht events, we know how to entertain this distinctive group of people. And we're creating that unique experience - albeit not on a yacht - in Austin," says Frankl.

A VIP cocktail reception benefitting local non-profitI Live Here, I Give Here-7:30-9:30pm Friday- will commence the weekend's proceedings in style.9:30pm until 2am Friday through Sunday, "GoldenGirl" hostesses will pamper the club's guests with bottle service, while top international singer / songwriter and DJAlex Karlssonplays an eclectic mix of house and club music. Expected celebrities include A-list film and television acting and directing talent, top recording artists, sports stars, plus several F1 and INDY Car™ drivers.

Three table levels are available: V12, V10, V8. Each accommodates eight guests and includes all premium beverages all night. Bespoke spaces can be created for larger parties and a select number of individual passes are available each night. Sleek, modern furnishings, custom lighting and state-of-the-art sound systems will ensure a world-class club experience.

Lamborghini will showcase a fleet of 2013 Aventadors and Gallardos all weekend. Comte de Mazeray, making its USA debut, will pour its 24-karat gold-flecked cham pagne, with$500bottles on V8 tables up to$10,000Jeroboams on V12s. Patrón Spirits will serve its premium Ultimat vodka, Patróntequila - including large format G ran Patrón on V12 tables - and Pyrat rum throughout the club, with a bespoke "tasting wall" and interactive photo booth in the lounge.
