policyholders with 'hidden' fees, according to research by the consumer

organisation, Which?

Which? research found that many insurers are imposing hidden fees on

customers for the most basic home and car insurance policy changes and even

charging to renew a policy with the same insurer.

Allianz Your Cover came out very favourably in the Which? research as the

insurer does not make charges for making mid-term adjustments such as a

change of name or address.
