Attendees will be able to meet Omnicell experts during the conference to discuss the recently announced alignment between Cerner and Omnicell. The agreement between the two companies is focused on interoperability between Cerner® and Omnicell® systems using theCernerCareAware®connectivity architecture. This relationship was formed to decrease implementation costs, time, and maintenance for shared clients, while providing new clinical workflows to enhance efficiency and patient safety.

These products are all part of Omnicell's G4 platform, which features a single unified medication database-helping to eliminate redundant data entry that can lead to errors. The Savvy mobile medication workstation incorporates the company's exclusive Anywhere RN™ remote medication management software, allowing nurses to queue up medications in quieter areas away from the dispensing cabinet.
