Euro Lotto
PR Newswire
ST. JOHNS, Antigua, June 5, 2012
ST. JOHNS,
Antigua
,

/PRNewswire/ --
Days before The BiLLe Lotto's first-ever weekly draw, players-
including past lotto winners-hurry for a chance at the world's biggest
jackpot.
As the hours wind down before the first draw of The BILLe Lotto
(http://www.TheBiLLe.com), players worldwide are rushing for a chance at the
max jackpot of up to €1 Billion.
Canadian C. Blair has won massively before, and he's wondering if lightning
might strike twice. The 34-year-old former welder won
$41.7 million
in 2010,
ranking him among the world's biggest single winners.
"Anything is possible, and The BiLLe is the world's most exciting lottery," Blair
says. "I'm playing each of the 49 numbers twice, so I'll at minimum win 12 free
plays." Just a one-ball match in The BiLLe wins a free play, and odds of winning
any prize are one in 1.8, compared to one in 81 with other 6/49-style lotteries.
And Blair is far from alone in his excitement. Kathi Sheedy won a
$100,000.00
Canadian lottery prize in 2011 and has 10 plays in The BiLLe. "It's a super fun
lotto," Sheedy says. "Several of my friends are in the game, and I don't want to
be left behind.
"I'd be happy with one of the €10 million prizes," says Breda Neylon of
Birmingham, UK
. "There are 42 weekly, and no split winnings." Neylon is playing
five numbers in The BiLLe.
Former professional CFL football player Justin Ring is another enthusiast of The
BiLLe. "I'm on three teams, one of which I lead, so I play free on it," he says. "I
also play as an individual but it's Team Play that really lit my fire."
"We're surprised how many people around the world are playing multiple
numbers," says The BiLLe Lotto's Managing Director Dave Edwards, a retired
Staff Sergeant and 30-year RCMP veteran now residing in
Antigua
. "It's
common for users to open an account, add 50 or
100 Euros
, and lock in a pile
of combinations." The BiLLe is now active in over 50 countries, Edwards says.
Individual plays are
7 Euros
at http://www.TheBiLLe.com. The first draw is
June
7
, followed by weekly Thursday draws.
The BiLLe is licensed in
Antigua & Barbuda
, among the world's most tightly
regulated gaming jurisdictions and white-listed by the UK government.
