20 years ago, Rwanda went through the worst horror of modern human history. The world looked on as millions of innocent children, women, men, disabled, young and old Rwandan Tutsi were massacred in the most inhumane way. Twenty years after the genocide there had been much talk but not clearly enough action by states to prevent mass atrocities and punish the architects.
