Upto 150 singers in eight choirs are taking part plus The London Trumpet Choir. Workplace choirs will be in the news this autumn with the broadcast of Gareth Malone's new TV series 'Sing While You Work'. "Singing builds community, team work skills and individual and group confidence. It has a lot to contribute to the work environment," adds Phillips. The choirs taking part are:Norton Rose Choir (Norton Rose is a leading global law firm and its choir won Office Choir of the Year 2012); Nomura Voices (the choir of investment bank Nomura);Sounds Just Brilliant (the choir of international law firm S.J. Berwin);Olsang (the choir of media/ corporate lawyers Olswang);the Mystery Voices Choir;Acappella Amour (an acappella choir of nine gifted teenage girls); First Thought (Bath based band of teenagers); BlackheathCentre For Singing (new, community hub for choral singing); TheLondon Trumpet Choir: 12 of the Country's finest professional trumpet players.
