This study was carried out by BusinessMed in collaboration with the
engineering office TESCO, within the framework of Invest in Med. The
Invest in Med Program aims at developing sustainable trade relationships,
investments and enterprise partnerships between the two rims of the
Mediterranean. funded at 75% by the European Union over the 2008‐2011
period, it is managed by the MedAlliance, led by ANIMA in partnership
with ASCAME, BUSINESSMED, Eurochambers and special partners
(UNIDO, GTZ, EPA Euroméditerranée, World Bank, etc.), Every year,
hundreds of operations associate the 27 countries of the European Union
and their 9 partners of the south: Algeria, Palestinian Authority, Egypt,
Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria and Tunisia.
