 A CCORD DE CESSION NON EXCLUSIVE DE DROITS D AUTEUR  Le CEA organise à Avignon, du 12 au 15 septembre 2005, une Conférence scientifique intitulée « Mathematics and Computation, Supercomputing, Reactor Physics and Nuclear and Biological Applications », ci-après dénommée « la Conférence » réunissant des experts internationaux dans ce domaine. Le CEA souhaite publier les travaux scientifiques divulgués à loccasion de cette Conférence par lAuteur aux conditions ci-après stipulées.  - DEFINITIONS :  LArticle est défini par : Le texte complet de larticle scientifique de lAuteur et son résumé tels quils ont été transmis au secrétariat de la Conférence.   LAuteur est défini par :  Lauteur de lArticle ou la personne physique ou morale à qui ses droits de propriété intellectuelle ont été dévolus ou cédés.   - OBJET :  Le présent accord a pour objet la cession au CEA des droits patrimoniaux de lAuteur sur lArticle, dans les conditions définies ci- après.  PUBLICATION ET DIFFUSION : -  LAuteur cède au CEA, qui accepte, le droit de publier et de diffuser au public dans le monde entier, lArticle, en tout ou partie, au sein dun recueil de résumés des articles et dans la publication « Actes de la Conférence ».  Certains exemplaires de ces publications seront remis lors de la Conférence aux participants et aux intervenants, les autres exemplaires étant destinés à être distribués ultérieurement, sur demande au secrétariat de la Conférence, contre paiement du prix du support sur lequel lArticle est reproduit.  Dans ce cadre, lAuteur cède au CEA, qui accepte, les droits patrimoniaux nécessaires à ces publications, dont les droits de distribution, de reproduction, dadaptation et de représentation.   Il est précisé que ces droits cédés comprennent notamment :  Pour les droits de reproduction : le droit de fixer, numériser, reproduire lArticle sans limitation de nombre, sur support papier, magnétique, optique, numérique, diapositive, film, microfilm, CD, DVD ou tout autre support informatique ou électronique dédition connu ou inconnu, tant actuel que futur ;  Pour les droits dadaptation : le droit de numériser lArticle en tout, sous toutes formes et par tous moyens, lassembler avec ou lintégrer dans toutes autres prestations ou créations intellectuelles, effectuer toutes transcriptions, traductions en toutes langues, corrections orthographique et grammaticale.  Pour les droits de distribution : le droit de diffuser les publications intégrant lArticle, à titre gratuit ou contre paiement du prix du support, auprès de tous publics, par tous moyens ou canaux de distribution.   Pour les droits de représentation : le droit de diffuser publiquement lArticle par tous moyens ainsi que sur tous réseaux de télécommunications, et notamment le réseau intranet et Internet.  Tous les droits visés au présent accord sont cédés, à titre gratuit et non exclusif, pour le monde entier, pour la durée de protection des droits dauteur à compter de la signature du présent accord.      

The CEA plans to publish the work submitted by the Author under the following stipulated conditions.  - DEFINITIONS:  The term "Article" is to be defined as:  The complete text of the scientific article of the Author and the abstract of this article in the form in which they were both submitted to the Conference Secretariat.  The term Author is to be defined as:  The actual author of the Article or the individual or legal entity to whom the economic rights of intellectual property have devolved or been granted.  - PURPOSE:   The purpose of the present agreement is to grant the CEA the Author's economic rights to the Article in the conditions defined hereafter.   PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION: -  The Author grants the CEA, who in turn accepts, the right to publish and to distribute the Article to the public throughout the entire world, either in part or in whole within a collection of articles abstracts and within the publication Conference Proceedings.  Some of these publications will be distributed to the attendees and participants at the Conference while others shall be provided upon request after the Conference. These documents shall be available at the Conference Secretariat, in exchange of payment for the cost of the media on which the Article is reproduced.  With regard to the above mentioned point, the Author grants the CEA, who in turn accepts, the necessary economic rights to these publications including their distribution, reproduction, adaptation and representation rights therein.  It is hereby stated that these granted rights specifically include:  For the reproduction rights: the right to set, digitise, reproduce the Article with no limit in number, on paper, magnetic tape, optical disc, digital support, slide, film, microfilm, CD, DVD or any other computerised or electronic form of publication known or unknown, present and future.  For the adaptation rights: the right to digitise the Article in full in any form and by any means, to assemble it or to insert it into other services or other intellectual creations, to carry out any transcriptions, translations in all languages, spelling and grammatical corrections.  For the distribution rights: the right to distribute all publications including the Article either free of charge or in exchange of payment for the cost of the media, by any means or distribution network to any public.  For the representation rights: the right to distribute the Article publicly by any means and through all telecommunications networks, including the intranet and Internet.  All the economic rights mentioned in the present agreement are granted, free of charge and non-exclusively, throughout the entire world, for the duration of the Author's rights upon the signing of the present agreement.
