Slander – The Big Lie: “The 1 st Zerzetsen”   The formula used is – First to slander – Then to threaten – Then to cover it up by ensuring no honest investigation takes place – Then to say you are nuts when you complain about the cover-up   Basic Questions / Test 1)   How to account for defamation?    Excellent written references, career history, qualifications before I left Grosvenor. Psychologist CB’s Report – “Mr. Russell presents an extremely high level of verbal intellectual ability which is superior to about 99% of the population” … “In his interaction with other people, he is likely to be quite supportive”.... “His future course should not be limited by his specialization in accounting and there is little doubt about his ability to adapt to a variety of high level business demands”       Career destroyed after I left   Thousands of jobs applied for, yet– never a permanent job again in Canada. Some Freelance work; gradually disappeared - despite excellent references from them.     2)   Intimidation, Harassment, Threats – Explain (pages 12 to 32)?     3)   The cover-up – How to explain(pages 5 to 8)?    4)   Linkage – How to explain(pages 9 to 11)?       Judge Case Aug 2, 2006–Amy threatened in Calgary July 26)   Judge:    Ignored 20 July letter from John Leech MP that Chief Superintendent Alan Cooper advised him that an investigation was now in progress into my complaint of threats.    Ignored disappearance of my documentation file in judge’s court papers, and refused to examine letter from Guardian Editor that same papers had mysteriously disappeared before thus suggesting conspiracy.    Failed to call witnesses. I told judge that he should be ashamed of himself and that his conduct was disgraceful – as the court transcript shows (page 6).

Judge Ignores      Numerous independent witnesses to threats – Roderick’s death threats recorded and witnessed – Witnesses threatened – Shots into his appt. threat in front of another witness. Smashing into my flat has numerous witnesses.    Cover-Up conspiracy 100% provable from 3 rd party documentation alone – refusal to investigate – blears written lies – police report provably fixed (no witnesses checked – 95% of complaint not dealt with) See comments in “Zerzetsen Report” for precedent and(page 4)       See judge’s Set Up(page 2)     Other Slanders      Incompetent Employee–Came from all angles– Mr. X and intelligence.A cataclysmic switch off (never employed in Canada again)   my back since excellent refs from their COOyet done behind and CFO–a hallmark of MI6 I/OPS Dirty Tricks.   1)DS / BM (PWC)   2)Switch off, like night and day- effect continues to this day. Ex: Kevin McBurney of Caldwell Partners / Korn Ferry      Drug accusation – Egon Zhender –Told police; no follow up.    It’s a hoax slander, etc    Denis Lehane for precedent:       Defamation - A Criminal Offense      Email to Cst. Malmgren, Calgary Police May 13, 2010 --“The defamation that still continues today is as much a part of the criminal conspiracy as it is a civil matter. Not by any means a normal slandering, it has much of the appearance of a hate crime and was designed to render me impoverished and ostracized from all contacts, and professionals were hired to achieve this.
