The Participant states that he/she owns the rights to the photographs entered in the competition and guarantees that the Forum Oenologie Association will encounter no difficulties as to their exhibition.Each photo shall be accompanied by:• A caption• An ownership declaration, with the photographer’s name and, if applicable, the copy-right owner’s name.The Forum Oenologie Association shall support all exhibition expenses, including printing costs.

Each photo shall be accompanied by: • A caption • An ownership declaration, with the photographer’s name and, if applicable, the copy- right owner’s name.

The Forum Oenologie Association shall support all exhibition expenses, including printing costs. The Participant shall agree that the photos presented in the exhibit may be used in presentation and promotional materials for the OENOVIDEO Festival (official festival programme, festival websitewww.oenovideo.oeno.tm.fr, posters, press kit, exhibit cata- logue, etc.) and that a selection of photos will be submitted to the press as part of festival promotion.

Each photo shall be accompanied by a caption and by the copyright owner’s address. If the copyright owner has a website, a link to this site will be created. Photos shall be made available to the Forum Oenologie Association at no cost. The Participant shall agree that the exhibit may be presented at other locations. In this case, the Forum Oenologie Association shall be responsible for transport, installation and insurance expenses.

To make this agreement official, please date and sign below, preceded by the words “Valid for Agreement”, and return the agreement to us.

Please enclose a description of the photographs you are entering (see following pages). Registration Deadline: February 29, 2012.
