If ďƌeǀitLJ ǁeƌe the oƌdeƌ of the daLJ, ǁe’d leaǀe it at ͞stuŶŶiŶg ŵaŶoƌ ǁith a peŶĐhaŶt for eŶteƌtaiŶiŶg aŶd uŶpaƌalleled ĐƌaftsŵaŶship,͟ ďut ǁe’ǀe Ŷeǀeƌ ďeeŶ oŶes to shLJ aǁaLJ fƌoŵ ǀeƌďositLJ. This hoŵe oŶ Claybourne is as filthy with customized touches as it is with character: the former being found in everything from the (beautifully-crafted) cabinetry to the (gorgeous) interior water features, to the ArcusStone exterior, which was hand carved by an individual craftsman. The home was purchased by its current owner from an antiques dealer (to whom we can attribute the stunning wall surrounding the back courtyard). From there, the home underwent a complete and impeccable rebuild, but the showstopping, stained-glass-eŶĐƌusted ǁall ƌeŵaiŶs. WithiŶ the ĐoŶfiŶes of the ǁall, LJou’ll find a peaceful, spacious and totally prepped-for-entertaining backyard space. A large back deck (with a built-in barbecue and more than enough space for a table or two), a primely-plaĐed hot tuď, a laƌge spƌead of laǁŶ, aŶd it’s all completely private. Wheƌeǀeƌ LJou’ƌe situated, LJou’ll ďe fƌoŶt ƌoǁ foƌ a speĐtaĐulaƌ laŶdsĐape of backlit stained-glass, so LJou’ll Ŷeǀeƌ ǁaŶt foƌ a ǀieǁ. Ornate but entirely ĐozLJ. A feǁ of the Ϯϭst ĐeŶtuƌLJ touĐhes LJou’ll fiŶd iŶĐlude a theateƌ ƌooŵ, audio ǁiƌiŶg iŶ eaĐh ƌooŵ, sliĐk gƌaŶite aŶd marble countertops, radiant floors, smart device-controlled lighting in most rooms, and an en suite walk-in steam shoǁeƌ, ďut a soaƌiŶg staiƌĐase aŶd a gƌaŶd eŶtƌLJǁaLJ keep the hoŵe feeliŶg tiŵeless. Peƌhaps it’s the staiŶed-glass; peƌhaps it’s the high ĐeiliŶgs aŶd the haƌŵoŶious halls; peƌhaps it’s the seƌeŶe, pƌiǀate ĐouƌtLJaƌd. Whateǀeƌ the Đause, theƌe seeŵs to ďe soŵethiŶg eŶlighteŶiŶg aďout the spaĐe. It’s holistiĐallLJ hoŵe.
