They are busy focusing on their tests, paperworks, projects, extra curricular activities, and the hot guys that live down the hall. Therefore, their diet mostly includes fast food like french fries, fried chicken, pizza, hamburgers, and many other unhealthy foods. Now, if you would like to still have a healthy body while you are in college, read further.  A Few Health Tips Weight loss and being healthy boils down to two things: First, know the bad habits you have fallen into since you moved away from home and secondly, correct the unhealthy habits. You'll probably be discouraged because you have gain pounds since you moved away, however with some time and effort you can actually drop some pounds and have the fit and healthy body you want in college. In no certain order, here's a list of several waistinflating habits that I saw while in college:  Skipping daily meals almost everyday and having one great meal to compensate for those skipped meals.  Lack of physical exercise.  Being sleep deprived.  Having regular soft drinks with meals and carrying it around campus.  Putting in lots of unhealthy calories by drinking a lot of beer or other unhealthy drinks.  Buying fast food late at night.  Eating out in the event the cafeteria is closed.  Having a doughnut or bagel on the go for your breakfast.  Heading to snack counters between classes. I think that should be good enough to help you get started. Staying healthy and fit while in college is not that difficult once you have a plan to stop these behaviors. Make sure to have a healthy diet plan that you can follow when you eat meals. In addition, try to plan out what you're going to eat so that you will not make impulsive decisions, specially if you need to eat in between classes. Last but not least, add some more physical activity to your day. Just walking to class will have a terrific impact on your health. Follow these simple tips and being fit and healthy can actually be easy.
