Investigating Employment Opportunities for Experienced Drivers It is no secret that the trucking industry is in desperate need of drivers right now.Here at C.R. Working for Temp Agencies Temporary agencies fill a need within the trucking industry by providing drivers for short-term assignments. Agency drivers may work a few days for one company then move to another for a week or so. Working for Staffing Agencies The typical staffing agency is different in that it tends to offer somewhat longer assignments. As with temp agencies, a staffing agency fills a particular need within the industry. They may send drivers to a company for a three-month assignment leading up to the busy holiday season.
