ChiŶa’s “ilk Road EcoŶoŵic Belt project is aiŵed attying China with European and Middle Eastern markets and manifested in cross-border trade agreements, joint infrastructure projects, and other forms of high-level economic and cultural exchange. Russia and China have recently signed a number of energy, trade and finance deals aimed at strengthening economic ties. The tǁo couŶtries haǀe ŵultiple ŵutual projects ǁhich ͞achieǀed a uŶity of ǀieǁs oŶ a ǁide raŶge of issues.͟ Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese leader Xi Jinping have signed a decree on cooperation in tying the development of the Eurasian Economic Union ǁith the "“ilk Road͟ ecoŶoŵic project. ͞The iŶtegratioŶ of the EurasiaŶ EcoŶoŵic UŶioŶ aŶd “ilk Road projects ŵeaŶs reaching a new level of partnership and actually implies a common economic space on the continent," Putin said after the meeting with his Chinese counterpart. Mr Sacka's primary goal is to educate people how wealth is transferred both to and away from people and how people today can position themselves beneficially for the upcoming market cycles.

He advises people on how to protect their assets and hard earned wealth with precious metals in times of financial hardship which the coming of the Shemitah is said to historically align itself with. Mr. Sacka's teachings coincide with Jonathan CahŶ's "The Mystery of the “heŵitah" as the author’s theory is that God has visited warnings and or judgment against the United States according to a seven- year cycle going back many decades.
