U.S. Oil had it's worst day since 2003...some of America's banks have warned that there will be substantial bankruptcies in U.S. energy companies if oil stays at $25 or dips lower." Mr. Sacka added, "We've seen so much volatility if it hasn't awakened the retail investor...it's not the average investor that's bringing the market back up. Starting in Dec 2014, institutional money flow has been getting out of the market...leaving hedge funds getting out somewhere around March 2015.
