Lesépreuvessurdossierdedocumentspermettentd’observer dansquellemesureetcommentleurscandidatspeuventles problématiser.LeCAPESdedocumentationestparticulière- mentexigeantsurcepoint.Aprèsdéfinitiondescompétences etconnaissancesnécessaires,uneanalysedecopiespermet d’affinerunetypologiedesdegrésdeproblématisation atteints.Desanalysesqualitativescomplémentairessurlahié- rarchisationdesdocuments–gardés,misenannexeouélimi- nés–etsurlesrefusexplicitésdeproblématiserledossier, révélateursdeposturesinadéquates,donnentdesperspectives enformationetenrecherche. Someexaminationtestsbasedonafileofdocumentsmakeit possibletoobservetowhatextentandhowthecandidatesare abletoproblematizethem.TheCertificateofAptitudefor Librarians(CAPES)isparticularlydemandinginthisrespect. Afterdefiningtherequiredcompetencesandknowledge,an analysisofsomeexampapersprovidesatypologyofthe achieveddegreeofproblematization.Complementary qualitativeanalysisonthehierarchicalorganizationof documents–whethertheyarekept,appended,oreliminated– andontheexplicitrefusaltoproblematizethefile,which revealedinadequateattitudes,provideprospectsfor assessment,trainingandresearch.
