Introduction The purpose of this lab is for you to understand the principles of sampling a continuous time signal, increasing or decreasing the sampling rate of a discrete time signal, and for quantization. In this experiment you will record your own speech/music with different sampling rates and bits per sample, apply sampling rate conversion and quantization on digital signals.
